Sprouts Grocery Store Coming To Westwood?

SPROUTS GROCERY coming to Westwood? Word on the street is the Sprouts Farmers Market style grocery store will be taking over the old Ross location on Westwood Blvd., just north of Santa Monica Blvd. I personally don't know much about this grocery chain, but it seems like a cross between a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods. The location should have plenty of parking with the existing above and below ground parking lot (when do we ever say parking isn't a problem?). I would assume mid to late 2013 is when we would finally see the doors open to customers if all goes to plan.

New to market this week is the charming traditional home at 1660 Pandora Ave. According to the MLS, the home is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath, 1,777 sq ft of living space on a 6,668 sf lot.  Outside of the beds/baths, the homes consists of a lovely sunlit living room in the front of the house and a cozy den/family room in the rear of the house that opens up to a patio and the green grassy backyard. Nothing is overly spacious about the house, but if you want a clean liveable traditional home in the south of Wilshire pocket at the entry level price point, here is your chance. Asking $1,195,000, I wouldn't expect this to last longer than a week or two on the market at best.
