Three Westwood Homes Hope 2011 Is Better Than 2010

These three Westwood homes, in 90025 zip, spent considerable time on the market in 2010 and did not sell. Now they have returned to market in 2011, two with lower asking prices.....


The Westwood home at 2026 Fairburn Ave LA CA 90025 returned to market this week with an asking price of $1,895,000 (LP/SF= $456). Previously, the home was listed for 184 days in 2010, last ending with an asking price of $1,975,000.  The home is set on one of the more desirable sections south of Santa Monica Blvd,  was built in 1992 and is in move-in condition. According to the MLS, the home is 6 bedrooms / 4.5 baths, 4,155 sq ft on a 6,075 sq ft lot.





The Westwood home at 2006 Kelton Ave LA CA 90025 returns to market in 2011 with an asking price of $1,489,000 (LP/SF= $667). Previously, the home spent half of 2009 and 3 quarters of 2010 on the market, starting as high as $1,779,000 and last ending at $1,549,000. According to the MLS, the home is a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath, 2,232 sq ft of living space on a 6,750 sq ft lot.  The home has a completely remodeled kitchen with marble floors, granite counters & stainless steel appliances. The garage is 2 stories, with a bonus/guest room upstairs with vaulted ceilings and a bathroom.

 
The Westwood Spanish at 2009 Holmby Ave., LA CA 90025 returned to market 2/1/11 with an asking price of $1,175,000. Previously, the home spent some time in 2009 at $1,299,000 and 3 quarters of 2010 at $1,199,000 and $1,175,000. According to the MLS, the home is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath, 1,836 sq ft on a 6,011 sq ft lot.
