Functional Flaw Fixed At 2120 Holmby Ave., LA CA 90025

Labels: , , ,

2120 Holmby Ave., LA CA 90025 returned to market 7/27/09 after trying to sell in the 2nd half of 2008. However, the seller's fixed a functional flaw that affected the house last time it was on the market. The house is a 3 bedroom home and you used to have to walk through a room to get to the 3rd bedroom. Not exactly functional living. It looks like the owners created a hallway that now separates the two bedrooms, creating easier living and obviously more privacy for the two bedrooms. The owners also came on with a new price of $999,000. The previous asking price in 2008 was $1,150,000. The house sits on a quiet tree lined block on Holmby, south of Santa Monica Blvd. Set up above the street, the traditional home is a 3 bedroom /1.5 bath, 1,536 sq ft of living space on a 5,052 sq ft lot, according to the MLS. One thing to note is the backyard is very spacious considering the smaller lot size. According to the MLS, the home has some upgrades like central air/heat, dual paned windows and copper plumbing.
