Bank Owned REO Wilshire Corridor Unit Gets Price Reduction

The banked owned REO ( by Bank of America) condo on the Wilshire Corridor at 10336 Wilshire Bl #603, LA CA 90024, received a price reduction this week of 5.99% or $39,500, down to $619,500. The corridor condo has been on the market 31 days as of today and this is the first price reduction of the listing term. According to the MLS, the unit is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath, 1,573 sq ft with 2 car parking. The building is called the Beverly Wilshire and was built in 1994 with 18 total units. This is one of the few buildings on the Westwood Wilshire Corridor that is not a full service building. Like typical REO's, the unit will need a bit of cleaning up, but looks to be in decent shape.
