According to the MLS, the home is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath, 3,159 sq ft of living space on a 10,070 sq ft lot. The house had been remodeled head to toe except one bathroom I believe and one of the best features of this home was the extra large gourmet kitchen. Even though the lot size says 10,070 sq ft, the home was set back off the street and took away from having a sizable backyard.
