A new fixer/teardown property came on the property last week in the South Of Wilshire neighborhood of Westwood at 10585 Kinnard Ave., LA CA 90024. According to the MLS, the home is a 3 bedroom / 1.75 bath, 1,800 sq ft of living space on a 6,500 sq ft lot. While I am not qualified to answer contractor or architect questions, one would assume that if the structure is mostly sound that you can just remodel this house. At approximately 1,800 sq ft of living space and 3 bedrooms, your not dealing with some small 2 bedroom home. When I was walking through I did notice some appealing original hardwood floors throughout the home. Other than the hardwood floors, I would assume everything else needs updating. So if your up for a possible cosmetic fixer, this might be the house for you. There may be some of you who would rather just tear it down, and as always, thats up to you. The asking price is $1,099,000.
