Are you talking about the bridge widening on Overland above the I-10 Freeway?

no -- Overland Ave. north of Pico... that narrow road has been proposed to be widened, making housing there even less desirable.

Overland widening was defeated in 2006, I believe.
The common misperception of that threat makes properties on that street a relative value compared to surrounding neighborhood. That said, the section between Pico and Olympic, where this house is located tends to be busy, especially in evening rush hour southbound, especially compared to the section north of Olympic.
