how do you account in your chart for a house for sale at $2.1mm that drops to $1.95mm?

If the property changes price points in the given week, it becomes an active property in the new price point. I don't mark the category new listing in that price point. It just becomes an active listing in the inventory in the price point since its not a new listing.
