With the second reduction, this home looks like it is priced close to or at the market for 2,800sq ft on a decent sized 8,000+ lot. Is the traffic noise from the 405 an issue?

Hi Pete,
Well if you mean is traffic noise an issue by do you hear it...? Then yes you do hear the 405 when your in your yard. If you have good double pain windows then you shouldn't notice much with the windows closed. Depending on your tolerance level and how you tune out white noise, I guess it can be a subjective thing. Most people really listen for it when they visit, but after you live in that area you probley don't notice the noise too much.
