The new construction Contemporary Mediterranean home at 2110 Glendon Ave., LA CA 90025 received a dramatic price change this week of 17.5% or $296,000, down to $1,399,000.  It looks like this developer wants this home sold now and has dropped the price to most likely elicit some multiple offer activity. The property was originally listed 8/15/08 for $1,795,000 and has been on the market for 68 days now. According to the MLS, the home is a 4 bedroom / 4 bath, 3,200 sq ft home on a 5,400 sq ft lot.
