Dramatic Price Reduction For The New Construction Home at 2257 Manning Ave., LA CA 90064

The new construction home at 2257 Manning Ave., LA CA 90064 made a dramatic price reduction this week of 18.6% or $445,000, down to $1,995,000. The property was originally listed 8/20/08 for $2,486,00 and lasted just 16 days with the first broker. The owner then changed brokers and listed the property for $2,395,000 on 9/5/08 and has been on the market 35 days now with the new broker. According to the MLS, the home is a 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath, 4,550 sq ft home on a 6,075 sq ft lot.

Wow, changing brokers after 16 days...

I'm curious to know what was the most expensive ONE car garage to sell recently in 90025/90064...that has to be a huge strike against this house (along with lot size?).

Well, its not really a one car garage. You drive through that one car garage into a motorcourt area and then there is a two car garage. So technically its a 3 car garage, however you have to drive through the one car into another area where there is a two car garage.
