The unique Mediterranean home at 10360 Keswick Ave., LA CA 90064 changed status from 'Backup' to 'Pending' on Monday. It looks like either the buyer in first position has removed their contingencies or they put a second buyer in backup position. Something interesting to note is while this home has been in escrow and looking for backup offers, the listing agent reduced the price offered on the MLS to $1,175,000. Normally you don't see a house reduce its price on the MLS while its in escrow. According to the MLS, it’s listed as a 4 bedroom / 3 bath, 2,608 sq ft home on a 6,875 sq ft lot. I think a lot of the buyer hesitation on this house may have to do with the two front doors. At first glance, it seems like a great feature, especially for a large family. You can get everyone inside at twice the speed! However, because of the way they are located, when you are exiting the house en masse, unless you time it perfectly people will bump into each other.

Great Comment! As soon as I read your comment I started imagining groups of people exiting the door bumping into each other and creating a pile of people on the porch, LOL!.
No but seriously, there are several functional issues with this house. I can't wait to see what the new owner will do to fix this house.
