The home was originally listed on 7/30/08 for $1,849,000 and has now been on the market for roughly 36 days. The home did receive multiple offers near the beginning of the entry onto market and did go briefly into escrow. However, the buyer and seller couldn't come to terms and the buyer backed out quickly.
