As quick as I could get a review post out for this house at 2031 Malcolm Ave., LA CA 90025 , the status changed to pending on the MLS late yesterday evening. According to the public records the home is a 2 + 1, 962 sq ft of house on a 5,400 sq ft lot. You can read my previous review post here. The asking price was $799,000.
