The "for sale" sign has been removed from this house and the stand with the MLS information fliers is gone too. Only the post remains. Any news? I would think it would stay up at least for backup offers if it just went in escrow. Did the owner give up and decide to move in himself?

The house didn't sell. The owners/agents decided to pull it off the market for the time being and not actively market the home for sale.
