According to Zillow, this house sold in November 2007 for $1.03 million. It's hard to imagine how such a markup is justified in this market.

According to the MLS the home sold 11/16/07 for $930,000. The home was a complete fixer at the time of purchase. Then according to the owner they completely remodeled the home with the intent to live there. Plans changed and its now on the market.

houses in 90025 are worth no more than 500 a sq. foot.
Sellers need to get real, fast.
