Its now been re-listed with a new agent with the asking price of $1,575,000. If you like charm and character, this house maybe for you. The master bedroom is spacious with a vaulted wood beamed ceiling and a little nook area facing the front of the house. The master bath does need some updating. There are two other nice size bedrooms upstairs with the master. I thought the stairwell in the house has some unique character to it with a big bold wood post at the bottom of the stairs. I do want to say that the feel of the house, with the dark wood paneling and dark wood floors, is a little on the darker side. Downstairs the galley kitchen opens into the den area. And this den area opens to a nice size backyard. The backyard has some patio space, a really nice pool with a water feature and the garage turned studio space.
