Westwood gets its 2nd REO single family home to hit the market in the past week. This house is also an end cap home, like the Olympic and Veteran REO home I posted at the end of last week. However, this property sits at the end of Prosser where it meets the Pico Blvd businesses. Taking a look at this Google Street View picture above and Microsoft Local Live birds eye view to the right, we see the house ends right were an alley and the parking lot of Dulux Paint Center meet. The property address is 2370 Prosser Ave, LA CA 90064. And according to public records this home is a 2 bed / 1 bath, 1,182 sq ft home on a 5,706 sq ft lot. The current asking price is the lowest in Westwood at $774,900. The last market activity for this property was a sale on 8/9/06 for $770,000.

This house was actually sold on 04/18/2007 for $940,000 according to zillow.

Thank you anonymous for pointing that out. In the MLS it shows the last public sale in 2006 for $770,000 to the owner (blank) Lee.
But upon some deeper investigation on the property profile there is another transaction that may have happen off market 4/28/07 where (blank) Lee transfered it to a (blank) Lee for $940,000. Coincidence of the same last name? Since it was a private sale or transfer, I cannot verify the validity if that was an actual sale or not. But definitely interesting.
