WILSHIRE CORRIDOR MARKET SNAPSHOT
So far this year we have 33 sales reported in the MLS for the Wilshire Corridor with a Median Price of $1,119,000 and an average of 102 days on market. I have compiled data below of all the units that reported sold in 2008 that have also had a reported sale since 2001. This is a good way to look at how a particular unit has appreciated. From the 10 that have had resales in the last few years, only the 1 bedroom units have sold less than their previous sale. Additionally, I have ranked the Corridor buildings from A-D, with an A rating being the highest.
