This updated Spanish home just received a price increase of 2.5% to $1,230,000. According to public records the home is a 3 bed/ 2.5 bath, 1,650 sq ft of home on a 6,750 sq ft lot. The property was originally listed on 3/13/08 for $1,200,000 and has been on the market 53 days.

Maybe just preparing for a price decrease later. I enjoy your blog, Scott, but a bit more coverage on condos and the lower end would be interesting.
