According to public records the home is aprox. 4,435 sq ft on a 16,560 sq ft lot which includes 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.The last sale of the property was on 9/13/07 for $3,000,000. The home is about half a block south of Olympic on Prosser Ave. Driving up you will see the home has alot of curb appeal with a nicely landscaped front yard. The backyard is nice as well, featuring a swimming pool & spa and a fire pit. Inside the home is very clean and in move-in condition. The updated gourmet kitchen is very large with stainless steel appliances and is open to the dining area and a den. The master bedroom is not very large but it does have a nice view of the pool area and opens up to the fire pit in the backyard. The additional two bedrooms are cozy and share one bathroom between them that also doubles up as the powder room. So count in homeowners dues you would be fairly close in payment to this property and you would own your home with a small yard. The yard/lot size is on the smaller size with this home. The space is mostly in the front or on the sides of the home. And it sits on a triangular corner lot. According to public records the home is a 3 bed/2 bath, 1,403 sq ft of house on a 5,445 sq ft lot.

New Price Reduction for 355 S Thurston Ave, LA CA 90049. The house is a Tudor 3 +2, 1,691 sq ft home on a 6,900 sq ft lot. It was previously listed on 1/24/08 at $1,550,000. One month later the house had a price reduction of just 3.87%. Then on 3/31/08 the house had a dramatic price reduction of 19.35% off the original list price with an added remark that the house was a short sale and subject to lenders approval. Today we see the next price reduction for this home of 8% for a total of 26% off the original list price. According to public records the house was last purchased on 5/10/07 for $1,295,000. If a short sale was to happen in Westwood, this would be one of the streets where it could possibly happen. This particular house backs up to Sepulveda and the 405 freeway. Not many would consider that a highly desirable feature. However, the neighorhood is excellent and for anyone really wanting to get into the north of Wilshire school district, this is a good opportunity to do so for a great price. This enchanting Country English 1 story home sits on a corner lot in a nice section of Westwood. According to public records the home is a 4 bed +loft / 4 bathroom, 2,798 sq ft of home on a 8,624 sq ft lot. The home has nice details throughout and has been moderately upgraded. The floor plan is a bit unconventional though with the way the home is layed out in a semi U shape. Both the master and the breakfast nook area open to the courtyard brick patio in the middle. The landscaping in the courtyard and backyard is very lush and private. Most of the backyard is made up of a brick patio, except a small side section with a little bit of grass. There is also some sort of spa tub in the backyard set in the brick. Inside, the living room area has a nice high barreled ceiling and big picture window facing the front of the house. An interesting room in the house is the 4th bedroom. It has a vaulted ceiling and a loft, as well as its own bathroom and entrance/exit from the house. The current asking price is $1,950,000. The home is in a good location with a few upgrades, but I believe the price is a bit high for this house.
